ZOL
Zeta Organizational Leadership
A future-focused, nationally structured intensified leadership training program that serves as the blueprint for the Sorority’s leadership development and enhancement efforts. It was designed to ensure a future talent pool of leadership for Zeta on the national level of our Sorority by delivering consistent, high quality training. It was developed by a think tank of talented Sorors from diverse backgrounds who are experts in their respective fields and are serving and have served at the highest levels within Zeta and other organizations. The overarching goal of the ZOL program is to provide Zetas with the essential knowledge and skills to be exceptional leaders within and as a natural result, outside of Zeta. It is primarily focused on training Zetas who are currently in leadership positions and who want to become more effective leaders.

ZETA MALE NETWORK
The Zeta Male Network (ZMN) is an official auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The Zeta Male Network is the fifth auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. It was established in 1996 during the administration of the 20th International President, Jylla Tearte, PhD. As role models and community leaders, the men who comprise the Zeta Male Network provide much-needed support to Zeta programs and service projects.
This auxiliary is open to men in the lives of members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Whether they are spouses, friends, family, or colleagues, these men have committed to help support the efforts of the Sorority’s programs and service projects. ZMN is here to support programming developed, facilitated, and implemented by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Zeta provides parallel activities during conferences to provide ZMN members with specific activities during sorority business sessions and social activities. You are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to a productive and successful year!
