The Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is proud to sponsor three youth auxiliary groups: the Pearlettes, Amicettes, and Archonettes. These programs are designed to inspire, uplift, and empower young girls and teens through structured mentorship, community service, and sisterhood.
Each group serves a specific age range and provides developmentally appropriate activities that encourage academic achievement, leadership, civic engagement, and personal growth.
Each of these programs is a vital part of Zeta Phi Beta’s commitment to building stronger communities by nurturing stronger girls. Through our youth auxiliaries, we empower young ladies to become confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.

The Pearlettes are the youngest youth auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, created especially for girls between the ages of 4 and 8. This program provides an early foundation for leadership, service, and sisterhood by helping young girls build confidence, character, and compassion.
The Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. proudly sponsors the Pearlettes, offering a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for our youngest community members. Under the guidance of dedicated chapter members, Pearlettes participate in age-appropriate activities that encourage positive social development, community involvement, and academic awareness.
Through service projects, educational workshops, cultural experiences, and sisterly bonding, Pearlettes learn the value of giving back while developing lifelong skills—all while having fun and making new friends.
We are proud to invest in the next generation of leaders through our Pearlettes, who embody the values of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. from an early age.

The Amicettes are a youth auxiliary group of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, designed for girls ages 9 to 13 who demonstrate an interest in serving their community and developing strong leadership skills. This program helps guide young girls through their formative years by reinforcing values such as respect, scholarship, and service.
Sponsored by the Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter, the Amicettes are provided with enriching opportunities to grow into confident, socially conscious young leaders. Through structured programming, Amicettes participate in a wide range of activities including community service projects, educational workshops, cultural outings, and leadership training—all within a positive and supportive environment.
The Amicettes are encouraged to embrace academic excellence, good citizenship, and meaningful sisterhood. As they grow, they develop a deeper understanding of responsibility, self-worth, and their ability to make a difference in the world around them.
With the guidance of the Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter, our Amicettes are building a strong foundation for future success—rooted in the principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

The Archonettes are the oldest youth auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, created for young ladies ages 14 to 18 who are preparing for adulthood and eager to make a meaningful impact in their communities. The program is designed to develop strong, confident young women through mentorship, education, service, and sisterhood.
The Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter proudly sponsors the Archonettes, providing dynamic programming that empowers teens to excel academically, grow as leaders, and cultivate lifelong values. Archonettes participate in community service initiatives, college and career readiness workshops, leadership development programs, cultural enrichment, and networking opportunities—all guided by supportive Zeta mentors.
This program encourages Archonettes to embrace excellence, build self-esteem, and develop the skills and mindset necessary to navigate their future with confidence and purpose.
Through their involvement, Archonettes not only gain experiences that shape their personal growth, but they also become part of a sisterhood rooted in the enduring legacy of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
